How the club shop works

A Taran Sports club shop gives your members their own online store for club kit, at no cost to the club. Members order, pay, and receive their kit directly from us, so your volunteers never handle sizes, money, or stock.

1. We agree on a small range with you and prepare your logo for print and embroidery.
2. You approve the designs and prices before anything goes live.
3. We set up your shop page and send you a link to share with members.
4. Members order and pay online. We make each item in-house in Swansea and deliver or arrange collection.

Taran Sports is a trading name of MiPrints. Printing, embroidery, 3D printing and laser engraving are all done in house.

Costs to the club

The club pays nothing to set up or run its shop.

Minimum orders: No minimum for our standard range. Each order is made individually. Fully custom sublimated items have a minimum order, which we confirm before you commit.

Prices: Members pay the retail price shown in the shop, including the club logo. Names or initials can be added to most items for £3.50.

Ordering and payment

Members buy directly from Taran Sports, not from the club. Each member's order is a contract between them and us, under our standard terms of sale.

• Members pay online by card at checkout.
• The club never collects money, sizes, or orders.
• Every member receives an order confirmation and updates by email.
• The club can request a summary of orders at any time.

Delivery and collection

Members choose how they receive their order at checkout and see the delivery charge and estimated timescale before they pay.

Timescales are from order to dispatch or collection and include personalised items.

Sizing, faults and refunds

Faulty or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded in full. Because club kit is made to order with your logo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.

Getting the size right: every product page has a size chart in cm and inches. We can bring a set of sample sizes to a club session for members to try on.

Complaints: members contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. We aim to reply within 2 working days. The club doesn't need to get involved.

Nothing here affects members' statutory rights.

Club commission

By default, shop prices carry no commission, so members get the lowest possible price. If a club or team would like to raise money, we can add an amount per item that we agree with you, and pay it to the club. We set this up case by case.

Your logo and ending the arrangement

The club owns its logo. Design files we create for the club, including artwork, embroidery digitising and print set-ups, stay with us. The arrangement is non-exclusive and either side can end it at any time without penalty.

• We only use your logo and approved designs to make your club's orders.
• We won't use your designs in our own marketing without your written permission.
• We record each approved design and the date it was approved, and send you a copy.
• You're free to buy kit from other suppliers at any time.
• To close the shop, just tell us. We'll complete any orders already placed, then take the shop offline within 7 days.

Languages, sizes and trying it out

Welsh and English: your shop page and product descriptions can be shown in both languages. We'll ask the club to check the Welsh wording before launch.

Sizes: most ranges run from XS to 5XL, and the Team Lead polo goes up to 8XL, with unisex, fitted and junior cuts where available. Each product page shows chest and length measurements.

Pilot shop: if you'd like to test demand first, we can open the shop for a set window, such as four weeks, and then produce all orders in one batch. If it works, the shop can stay open permanently.
