How Taran Sports looks after the information you share with us.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Taran Sports is a trading name of MiPrints, based in Swansea, Wales. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at info@taransports.co.uk or call 07771 999140.
When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you type into the form: your club or team name, your name, email address, phone number, what you need, how you heard about us and your order details. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can help you.
We only use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and mockups, and make and deliver your order. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to contact you about an order (steps before a contract), and, once you order, to fulfil that contract.
Your enquiry is sent to us by email through our website hosting and email provider. If you order through a club shop, payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us. We only share delivery details with couriers when we send your order.
We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can help with repeat orders and replacements, and order records for as long as the law requires for accounting. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our website, for example which pages are popular. Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are stored, although Google may receive basic, cookieless signals that do not identify you.
We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask you on every page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email info@taransports.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
